Special Education Records Notice

Notice to Former Students Born in 1999–2000

In accordance with state and federal regulations, Belgrade School District will destroy special education records for students born in 1999 or 2000 on September 30, 2026.

• Who this affects: Former special education students born in 1999 or 2000 (and their parents/guardians).

• Your rights: You may request a copy of these records prior to destruction.
