Facilities Rental
Belgrade School District allows the community/public to rent district spaces. This includes classrooms, gyms, practice fields, auditoriums, and more. Please refer to Policy 4330.
All interested parties must create an account on the facility use software to request a reservation.
The District reserves the right to decline any facility use request or suspend a previously approved request. Coaches/Groups who do not follow protocols will be given one warning in most instances, then will lose access to facilities with further incidents.
Rental FAQ

Once your application is submitted, it will go to the school for approval by administrators. You will receive an email notification when the agreement is ready for your confirmation. You will need to supply the required insurance, payment information & accept the agreement before your event will be finalized.

The rental will be declined and you will need to resubmit using a different date, hours or location.

Rental fees are determined by Category of the renter and the quantity of days/hours requested. Our facilities assistant will provide a total rental cost once the availability is verified.

You can pay online through the rental website or by cash/check at the Administration Office at 312 N Weaver.
