Open Enrollment Dates: July 29, 2024 – August 9, 2024
Effective Dates: September 1, 2024 – August 31, 2025
If you have any questions about the open enrollment process, please email benefits@bsd44.org.
This is the only time of year you can add or remove coverage, dependents or waive health (Medical/Dental/Vision) insurance without a Qualifying Event.
Please plan your coverage accordingly for the entire plan year.
HEALTH, DENTAL, AND VISION

- Employee Web Portal Access: go online to register at employeenavigator link
- Employee will need:
- Use of Company ID: BSD44
- Employee's last 4 of SSN
- Employee's first and last name
- Employee's date of birth
- Joint Powers Trust - Rate Sheets: 9 month, 12 month
- Enrollment turned in after 11:59pm on August 12, 2024 will NOT be accepted.

- Please make an appointment with an American Fidelity representative to enroll.
- If you currently DO NOT have Flex, you can schedule an appointment to review your options at this time.

- You must submit a new deduction authorization every year.
- Please make an appointment with an American Fidelity representative to enroll.
- If you currently have an HSA with Stockman or First Security you can TRANSFER your funds from the bank to an American Fidelity account- Please schedule a meeting with an American Fidelity representative.
- If you currently have an HSA with Stockman or First Security, you can opt to STAY with your bank. You will need to fill out a new HSA Payroll Deduction Authorization Form and return it to Ruth Hardesty in the Benefits Office at the Administration building.

- Payroll authorization deductions have a deadline of August 30, 2023 into the Benefits office to take effect on your September check.

- All employees will be required to update their beneficiary for their district provided life insurance policy during Open Enrollment. This will be completed in the Employee Navigator portal alongside your election or waiver of your insurance benefits.
- Employees who have voluntary coverage will also be asked to re-elect those coverages for themselves, spouses, and children.
