Open Enrollment is the annual 2-week window in which employees may make changes to their pre-tax insurance elections without the need for a qualifying life event. If you have questions about a qualifying life event mid-year and need to make a change, please contact our benefits team at benefits@bsd44.org.

New employees are eligible for benefits the 1st of the month following eligible employment. If you have questions regarding benefit eligibility, please reach out to benefits@bsd44.org.
~~Open enrollment will be held in the Spring or Summer for the next benefits plan year.~~Once you have signed up for benefits as a new employee (30-day window), you will need to wait to make any changes (add or remove coverage, add or remove dependents or waive health (Medical/Dental/Vision) insurance) until the next Open Enrollment without a Qualifying Event.
Please plan your coverage accordingly for the entire plan year.

- Employee Web Portal Access: go online to register at Employee Navigator.

First Stop Health is a Virtual Care Program. All enrolled medical plan members have access to virtual care through First Stop Health. First Stop Health offers employees and their families with fast access to:

Belgrade School District provides a $25,000 life insurance policy to all employees who are eligible to receive benefits. Employees are also provided a long-term disability policy at no cost to them. Further, employees may choose to elect additional coverage on themselves and/or their family members during initial or open enrollment.
